Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Partir, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Partir is a trip planning application. It lets you build day-by-day itineraries, organize packing lists and to-do items, track lodging, discover places, and share or collaborate on trips with other travelers. Some features require a paid subscription.

• Provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it current
• Keep your login credentials secure and do not share your account
• Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account
• You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account

Partir offers monthly and annual subscriptions. Current prices are shown on our pricing page and at checkout before you confirm a purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel, and your payment method is charged at the start of each new period.

If you subscribe through our website, you can cancel any time from Settings → Billing. If you subscribe through the Apple App Store, that purchase is processed by Apple and is managed in your Apple ID subscription settings; Apple's terms govern that transaction, and cancellation must be done through Apple.

When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling stops future renewals rather than ending your access immediately. For questions about a charge, email austin@pearcestudio.com.

We may change our prices. If we do, the change applies to billing periods that begin after we tell you about it.

The trips, itineraries, notes, lists, and files you create in Partir remain yours. You give us permission to store and display that content as needed to operate the service - for example, showing your trip to a collaborator you invited or to someone you sent a share link.

You are responsible for the content you add, and for making sure you have the right to upload anything you upload. We may remove content that violates these terms.

Partir is operated by Pearce Studio LLC. These terms do not grant you any right to use the Partir or Pearce Studio LLC names, logos, or branding without our permission. This does not affect your ownership of your own content.

• Using Partir for anything illegal, or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or our systems
• Interfering with or disrupting the service, including by overloading it
• Scraping or accessing the service by automated means without our permission
• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting who you are
• Reselling or redistributing the service without our permission

We do not guarantee that Partir will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, and we rely on third-party providers for things like maps, place search, and weather data, which may change or become unavailable.

Partir is a planning tool. Always confirm important details — bookings, opening hours, travel requirements — with the provider directly.

Partir is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pearce Studio LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost data, or travel costs arising from your use of Partir.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights. It forms part of these terms.

You can stop using Partir at any time and delete your account from Settings → Profile, which removes your profile and the trips you own and cancels any active subscription.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. If we terminate your account without cause while you have a paid subscription, we will refund the unused portion of the period you have paid for.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of Partir after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
